Brown Rice with Teriyaki Tofu and Seaweed

Cooking Time: 4:30 minutes
Ingredients: 1 pouch Padma's Easy Exotic Organic Brown Rice
7 ounces Teriyaki Baked Tofu (cut into 1/4" cubes)
4 ounces Ocean Salad* (Seaweed) (can be substituted with cooked spinach or any leafy greens)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 sautepan
* Ocean Salad can be found at sushi counter of major supermarkets
Directions:
0:00 Heat oil in pan on high heat. Add tofu, stir and cook for 3 minutes.
1:00 Set rice in microwave for 3 minutes.
3:00 Remove tofu from heat. Add Ocean Salad, stir to blend.
4:00 Remove rice from microwave and place on dish. Top with tofu and seaweed mix.
4:30 Serve and Enjoy.
